PIXEL BULLDOG COLLECTION (MUD™)
The Pixel Bulldog Collection is an original series of digital artworks created and owned under the $MUD™ brand, protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. All rights in the underlying artwork, designs, characters, traits, images, and associated branding are recognized as part of the MUD Treasury Corp intellectual property portfolio.
MUD Treasury Corp is the designated successor entity and beneficial owner of the intellectual property rights associated with the Pixel Bulldog Collection and all related creative works, pending formal assignment upon completion of the copyright registration process.
Until that process is finalized, MUD Treasury Corp maintains full operational and commercial use authorization to utilize, distribute, and promote the Pixel Bulldog Collection within the broader MudVerse™ and $MUD™ ecosystem.
🎨 Ownership of Artworks
Purchasing a Pixel Bulldog Collection NFT grants the purchaser ownership of the unique blockchain-authenticated token only. Ownership of the NFT does not include ownership of the underlying copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights in the associated artwork, except for the limited personal use license described below.
💼 Limited License to Holders
Holders of a Pixel Bulldog Collection NFT are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
The artwork may not be used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of MUD Treasury Corp.
The artwork may not be modified, distorted, or used in any way that could harm the reputation or goodwill of the $MUD™ brand, MUD Treasury Corp, or the Pixel Bulldog Collection.
The creation, sale, or distribution of derivative works is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by MUD Treasury Corp.
™ $MUD™ and MUD™ Trademarks
The names “$MUD™”, “MUD Treasury Corp”, “Pixel Bulldog Collection”, and all related logos, graphics, and brand identifiers are trademarks and/or service marks of MUD Treasury Corp, with all rights reserved. These marks are protected under common law and are in the process of formal registration with the appropriate authorities.
🚫 No Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sale, or commercial use of the Pixel Bulldog Collection artwork, $MUD™ branding, or related intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
